Wythenshawe Community Housing Group

Living well service

Moving into a new place or just feeling like you need a bit of extra support? That’s where our Living Well Service comes in. We’re here to make things easier, with support that’s personal, practical and all about you.

What we offer

We’ll team you up with a friendly support worker who’ll be by your side for three to six months, helping in a way that suits you.

Here’s a bit of what we can help with:

  • Getting started

New to your place? We’ll help you settle in, whether that’s sorting furniture, setting up gas and electricity, or showing you where the nearest shops, services, and local groups are.

  • Keeping your tenancy on track

Need a hand managing rent, benefits or debts? We’ll work with you to stay on top of things and keep your home secure.

  • Building confidence and skills

Whether it’s budgeting, managing your home, or picking up skills for independent living, we want to help.

  • Looking ahead

Thinking about getting back into work, training or study? We’ll support you as you take the next exciting step.

  • Health and wellbeing

Not feeling 100%? We can help you find the right local health and specialist services to get you back on track.
