Big changes are coming to Wythenshawe town centre, and we’re proud to be part of it. Working with Manchester City Council and regeneration specialists Muse, we’re helping to create a vibrant, modern town centre with new shops, offices, green spaces, and up to 2,000 new homes over the next 10–15 years.
The first phase will see around 400 high-quality, affordable homes built across three key sites: Brotherton House Alpha House C2 The Birtles All homes will be energy-efficient, modern, and surrounded by green spaces designed to support health and wellbeing. A significant number will be for social rent, ensuring they’re accessible to local people. Construction is expected to start in late 2026 (subject to approval). This is a long-term project, and like any major regeneration, details may evolve but our commitment to the community won’t change.
