Contract value and what we need

We decide what’s needed depending on the size of the job.

If a job’s worth over £30,000 (including VAT), we’ll post it on our e-Tendering system. It’s free, fair, and anyone can use it.

If the job you’re going for hits thresholds in the Procurement Act 2023, you’ll need to sign up to the Central Digital Platform.
